• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date

Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% to be eligible for course completion certificates. Makeup sessions may be available at additional cost.

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. We do not guarantee third-party certification exam results.
